Design House Stockholm Wick Chair Oak/Oak

The Wick by Design House Stockholm is an intriguing dining chair. Its design is modern, but the chair draws its inspiration from traditional crafts.

The creators of the chair, veteran Swedish designers Karl Malmvall and Jesper Ståhl, were inspired by birch bark baskets, skilfully made from traditional materials. The Wick chair is full of carefully thought out details, such as the bends and joints of the plywood.

Place the Wick around your dining table, or use it as an office chair in the home office or an armchair in a small space. The designers did not forget about practicality either: these chairs are easy to hang from the edge of the table by the gaps in their backrests for cleaning.

The seat is bent oak plywood and the legs solid oak. The chair is stackable and delivered assembled. Seat height 44 cm.
