The Dot stool by Fritz Hansen was designed by the Danish master, Arne Jacobsen. Jacobsen first introduced the three-legged Dot stool together with the iconic Ant Chair in the early 1950s.
The Dot stool is part of the accessories collection from Fritz Hansen, consisting of small furniture and decorative items that complement the design house’s classics.
The legs of the Dot bar stool are made of chrome-plated steel. The seat is upholstered in Wild leather. Surplus pieces left over from the production of Fritz Hansen’s classic Egg and Swan chairs have been used in the leather upholstery of the seat to minimise waste.
