Architect Arne Jacobsen designed the Egg armchair as part of the interior of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. The chair gives complete privacy to its occupant but can be turned to face your companion. The armchair also works well in a group of several chairs.
The armchair features luxuriously soft, brown Grace aniline leather upholstery and a black aluminium-coated leg. Seat height 37 cm.
The Egg armchair upholstered in chestnut brown Grace leather is part of Fritz Hansen's 150th anniversary collection launched in 2022.
