The Stub coffee table is designed by Danish architect Mette Schelde. Its shape is inspired by freshly cut timber – “stub” is Danish for stump.
The Stub delights with its natural simplicity: the clear glass top floats on the thick leg without any visible joints or screws. This creates a soft and seamless union of two different elements – light glass and sturdy wood.
The elegantly simple Stub fits many decor styles, and it's great in front of your sofa or next to your armchair.
The leg of the Stub coffee table is form-bent painted ash plywood. The edge of the glass top is bevelled to 45 degrees.
