The goal of the designer of the Smatrik chair collection, Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka, was to create a lightweight but sturdy seat. The mesh-like seat of the Smatrik chair lets light through, making it easier to find a place for the chair in your decor. The chair will not block the view in front of the window or dominate a small space, but still attracts the eye with its unique shape.
