The Atelier bar stool by Artek is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship: despite being made of solid wood, the graceful stool weighs only four kilos. The stool is a collaborative design by the Swedish TAF Studio and Artek, created for the Swedish National Museum in 2018.
The elegant Atelier bar stool will stand the test of time and changing trends. It is equally at home at the bar or kitchen counter.
The bar stools are made in Italy from local woods. The stool is made of beech painted dark red: the frame is solid beech, the seat beech plywood and the surface beech veneer. The footrests are reinforced with aluminium. The stools come with pre-installed felt glides, but plastic glides are also included in the delivery.
