Table 82A designed by Alvar Aalto in 1935 is suitable for a variety of spaces thanks to its minimalistic style. The rectangular table offers endless possibilities – it is ideal for dining, work or leisure. Table 82A is also a great side table.
The table showcases Alvar Aalto's capacity for innovative design. Aalto first introduced the revolutionary bent L-leg in 1933, which quickly became a standard component in Aalto's designs. The L-leg bending technique allowed the legs of the chair or table to be attached directly to the table top in a way that guaranteed stability without extra parts.
The legs of the table and edge band of the table top are made of Finnish birch, which acquires a beautiful patina over time. The table top surface is white laminate.
