The distinctive design of the Drop chair by Fritz Hansen conceals many carefully considered details. The Drop is still as comfortable, fresh and modern as when first designed in 1959. The chair stands out but fits a wide range of interiors.
Just like the legendary Egg and Swan chairs, the Drop was originally designed for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. Designed by Danish architect and designer Arne Jacobsen, the Drop was first produced for the consumer market in 2014.
The Drop is a unique dining chair due to its distinctive shape and makes an elegant dining set. Or you could place a single Drop in any room as a detail to catch the eye. Use it for extra seating in the living room and bedroom.
