The Kaiser Idell 6556-T table lamp was a popular sight on secretaries' desks in the 1930s. But Christian Dell wanted to design a simple but robust lamp that could be used both at work and at home.
The angle of the shade can be adjusted. The lamp provides good general lighting and is easy to use as a spotlight, for example, if you need a reading light.
The lamp is made of painted steel.
