Tynell 9464 by Gubi is a sculptural wall lamp and an absolute masterpiece of its maker, Finnish designer Paavo Tynell. The shade of the 9464 lamp features the small perforations characteristic of Tynell, which let a soft light through into the room. The glass diffuser at the bottom of the shade diffuses the light, creating a beautiful atmosphere in the living room, bedroom, hallway or even dining area.
Paavo Tynell designed the 9464 wall lamp in 1947. The lamp was manufactured by the Oy Taito Ab craft forge co-founded by Tynell. Gubi put some of this designer’s most beloved lamps back into production in 2018.
