The Herlewing by Hästens is a queen among beds. This meticulously designed bed is built to ensure the best possible sleep. Thanks to the 35 manually assembled layers of natural material inside the bed, the Herlewing adapts perfectly to its occupant. The name Herlewing is Afrikaans fof “awakening”.
Hästens is synonymous with a luxurious night's sleep. The springs of the Herlewing bed are based on the same polished design used in the popular Hästens 2000T bed. The layers of natural material in the bed are wonderfully soft on the surface but keep the mattress firm at its core thanks to the sturdy double springs. Both sides of the double bed adapt individually to their occupants. In addition, extra springs have been added to the Herlewing bed to guarantee full support exactly where it is needed.
The Herlewing bed is hand-made from natural materials, such as cotton, linen, wool and horsehair. Horsehair is a flexible material that removes moisture and increases the elasticity of the mattress and the comfort of your bed. On the other hand, the wool mixed with the cotton ensures that the temperature of the bed always feels right: warm when its cool and cool when its warm. The precise side stitching supports the mattress and keeps it firm.
The blue-chequered Herlewing bed consists of one 180 x 200 cm frame and a single BJX mattress topper. One of the frames is firm and the other medium in flexibility. The frame and springs come with a 25-year warranty from the date of delivery.
