The AJ table lamp by Louis Poulsen is an expressive masterpiece by Danish architect Arne Jacobsen. You can adjust the lamp’s downward pointing shade to direct the light exactly where you want it. The table lamp’s shade is painted white on the inside to ensure a soft comfortable light.
Jacobsen originally designed the AJ collection of geometric luminaires for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen in 1957. Many of the products designed for the hotel are icons of design today, and the AJ luminaire collection in particular has achieved worldwide fame.
The AJ table lamp is particularly suitable as a night light, desk light, or spotlight for the living room.
The table lamp by Louis Poulsen is made of stainless steel. Cable length 2.4 m. The switch is located on the lamp’s base.
