The Panthella Floor table lamp by Louis Poulsen is part of the Panthella series by Danish designer Verner Panton. Panthella was designed in 1971 and is one of Panton’s most beloved pieces.
As a special design feature, the lamp emits light from both its leg and shade. The hemispherical shade directs light downwards, where it hits the trumpet-shaped leg and is diffused gently into the surrounding space.
The shade of the floor lamp is white opal acrylic, and the stem is white-lacquered aluminium. The base and top are made of white plastic. The length of the white plastic cable is 2.5 m. The switch is located on the cable.
