The VL Ring Crown by Lous Poulsen is a lighting classic designed by Danish architect and designer Vilhelm Lauritzen. The VL Ring Crown lighting collection was designed in the 1940s for the radio building in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. Today, the building houses the Royal Danish Academy of Music.
The round domed shade and the elegant brass arm make a beautiful duo. The opal glass shade creates a soft diffused light but also provides precise downward illumination.
The diameter of the shade is 7.5 cm.
