The Classic RMJ stool by Nikari is master carpenter Rudi Merz’s tour de force from 1999. Merz was in need of a suitable stool for taking a break from his work, and this led to the inspiration for the RMJ. Today, this ergonomic stool is even used in conference rooms.
The beautifully unadorned RMJ provides a sturdy seat. This stool is a great choice for a kitchen island or desk. The RMJ stool is part of the Café collection, which also includes other chairs, lamps and tables.
Founded in 1967, Finnish Nikari is an internationally renowned design studio and furniture manufacturer that wants to pass on traditional carpentry skills to the coming generations. Nikari's studio workshop is located in Fiskars Village.
The stool is made entirely of wood.
