December is a simple but comfortable chair with a Scandinavian look. This chair is just as appropriate in front of the fireplace, in a city apartment, or even in a hotel lobby.
The chair was born from a collaboration between English and Japanese designers. The chair is available with a firm linen fabric seat or a leather seat. The seat parts are interchangeable.
The December collection is part of the “12 Designs for Nature” collection by Nikari, whose products bear the names of the 12 months of the year. Nikari invited 12 designers or design studios to study the company’s design philosophy and issue their statement on it in the form of a product.
Nikari collaborates with the World Wide Fund for Nature by donating part of the proceeds from the sale of these products to the protection of biodiversity in the world's forests.
All Nikari products are made in Finland. The December chair collection was designed by international duo Jasper Morrison & Wataru Kumano. The seat height of the chair is 35 cm.
