The Round swing chair designed by Tapio Anttila is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its ample nest surrounded by a light metal frame provides a comfortable seat on a covered terrace or glazed balcony or in the living room corner.
The Round swing chair won the prestigious Good Design Award in 2019. The winners of the competition are chosen by a jury appointed by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum.
The swing chair can be hung from a sturdy roof structure with the hanging strap delivered with it. The package does not include a hanging hook. Please ensure that the hanging method is suitable for your own roofing material. Vepsäläinen takes no responsibility for roof installations.
The product is delivered in a flat package and is easy to assemble and dismantle for seasonal storage thanks to the wing nuts on its frame. The seat cushion rests on the upholstery fabric fastened to the frame with zippers. The polyester upholstery of the cushion is easy to clean. If the cushion gets wet, take it out of the rain to dry. The matt black-painted steel frame can be wiped with a damp, soft cloth. Please be careful not to bang the metal parts against anything.
