The Sunshine Mariposa is an outdoor version of the iconic butterfly chair. Designed in Buenos Aires and introduced to the world in 1938, the butterfly chair was originally named the BKF chair after its three designers (Bonet, Kurchan and Ferrari-Hardoy).
The seat’s durable Sunbrella Plus material is highly dirt and moisture resistant. The waterproof fabric also has high UV protection. The stable frame made of solid steel bars gives the butterfly chair its essential light and airy appearance without compromising on stability.
