Returns

Having second thoughts about your design product? You can return a product purchased from our online shop within 30 days if it did not live up to your expectations.

You can return a product if:
the product is unused;
the product is in its original packaging;
the instructions for use and other instructions are enclosed with the returned product; and
a hygiene product (bedding such as pillows, blankets, mattresses and their covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels) is in its original, unopened package.

Our returns policy does not apply to:
custom-made products manufactured or modified to the customer’s individual needs and preferences;
products that are not in their original condition or packaging; and
products that have been assembled and installed.

Making a Return

1. File a return notification online

Complete and send the adjacent returns form.

Note! We do not process returns sent without a return notification.

2. Return your products

Glue the return label enclosed with your product over the original address label. Make sure that the original address label is completely covered.
If you collected your delivery from a pick-up point, return it to the same point. If the product was delivered to your home, please contact our customer service. They will make arrangements with the transport company to have the product collected.

3. Refunds

We will refund your payment without delay and no later than in 30 days from receipt of the return notification. We will refund the price you paid for the returned product at the time of purchase, even if the price has changed later. Vepsäläinen has the right to refrain from refunding the payment until the returned product has been received or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned by post. If you paid with Klarna Lasku or Erämaksu (Klarna Invoice or Instalment Payment), we will refund your payment after the return has been processed. You can mark the product as returned in the Klarna app, which will suspend invoicing for the duration of the return procedure.
